Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Coilu Auto Curler. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at support@coilu.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address — please don't send anything back before contacting us, as unrequested returns can't be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank to process it.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on used personal-care items unless they're faulty. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the colour or item you want is to return your original and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
